1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of ClickThis.fyi, including profiles, links, uploaded media, and related features. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ClickThis.fyi.

2. Eligibility and Discord sign-in

ClickThis.fyi uses Discord to sign users in. You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required to use Discord in your country. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you where permitted by law.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your Discord account and for activity performed through your ClickThis.fyi profile.

3. Your profile and content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give ClickThis.fyi a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, display, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service.

You may only upload or link to content that you have the right to use and share. Public profile information, links, backgrounds, and music are intended to be visible to anyone who can access your profile.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ClickThis.fyi to publish, upload, promote, or link to content that violates these rules:

• No racial slurs in profile names, display names, bios, descriptions, link labels, or other visible profile text.
• No links to websites or services primarily used to leak, pirate, steal, or distribute unauthorized copies of software, game assets, media, accounts, credentials, or other protected content.
• No using ClickThis.fyi to violate or help others violate the terms of service, developer policies, acceptable-use policies, licenses, rules, or access restrictions of a website, platform, API, software product, game, or other service you link to or interact with.
• No malware, phishing, credential theft, scams, deceptive redirects, malicious downloads, or links intended to compromise another person or system.
• No unlawful content, credible threats, doxxing, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or material that violates another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• No impersonation intended to deceive, evasion of service restrictions, interference with the service, abusive automated requests, or attempts to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.

These examples are not exhaustive. Conduct that creates a material security, legal, abuse, or operational risk to ClickThis.fyi or its users may also be restricted.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove or disable content, restrict profiles, suspend access, or take other reasonable action when we believe these terms have been violated or when action is needed to protect users, third parties, or the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of access.

To report prohibited content or abuse, email [email protected] and include the profile URL and a clear description of the issue.

6. Third-party services and links

ClickThis.fyi can contain links to third-party websites and uses Discord for authentication. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. ClickThis.fyi does not control or endorse user-submitted destinations and is not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.

7. Service availability and changes

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickThis.fyi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickThis.fyi and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or harm caused by third-party links or content. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, our practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published. If a change materially affects your rights, we will use reasonable means to provide notice when required.

11. Governing law

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
